1. Agreement
These Terms are a contract between you and PimpYourWorld LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that operates the PimpYourHome store ("we", "us"). They cover your use of pimpyhome.com and your purchases. They include our Refund + Returns Policy, our Fulfillment + Shipping Policy and our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Section 16 explains how disputes are handled.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us.
3. Changes
We may update these Terms. Each order is governed by the Terms in force when it was placed. We will mark material changes at the top of this page.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept it, which happens when we start production or send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud or a pricing error. If we do, we refund you in full. Changes and cancellations follow the "Changing or canceling an order" section of our Refund + Returns Policy.
Our products are sold with our own ready-made designs. We do not offer personalized or custom-made items.
5. Prices, fees, taxes and errors
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping costs depend on the product and the destination and are shown at checkout before you pay.
A payment processing fee is added at checkout when your billing address is outside the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. It depends on the payment method you choose, and it is shown as its own line before you pay. There is no processing fee when your billing address is in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland.
We do not add sales tax at checkout. Orders delivered to a country other than the one they are produced in may be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility (see our Fulfillment + Shipping Policy).
We try hard to get prices and descriptions right. If we make an obvious error, we will contact you and either charge the correct price with your agreement or cancel the order with a full refund.
6. Payment
We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal (including PayPal Pay Later). Depending on your country and order total, Affirm, Afterpay, Zip and Cash App Pay may also be offered at checkout; these pay-later and wallet options are provided by those companies under their own terms. Payment methods may change.
If you create an account, you can choose to save a card with our payment provider for faster checkout. You can remove it at any time in My account.
7. Production, shipping and customs
Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days; in December it can take a few days longer. Transit comes on top of that. Delivery dates shown before checkout are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Items may be produced in different places and arrive in separate packages.
You are responsible for giving a correct and complete address. If a parcel comes back to our production partner because of an address problem, we can reship it for the original shipping cost plus a $6 service fee, as set out in our Fulfillment + Shipping Policy. The carrier's delivery scan is our main evidence of delivery.
8. Our Make-It-Right Promise and your legal rights
Everything is made to order. You can return an unused item within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund + Returns Policy; you pay the return postage. Your statutory right to cancel, if you have one, also applies (see below).
If an item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, is the wrong item, differs clearly from its product page, or is lost on the way to a correct address, we will send a free replacement or give you a refund. Email help@pimpyhome.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos where a photo applies. You don't need to send the item back. Full details are in our Refund + Returns Policy.
If your order is delivered to the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you may cancel it even if nothing is wrong with it. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. The steps are in our Refund + Returns Policy.
This Promise is in addition to, and does not limit, any implied warranties or other rights you have under applicable law. Normal characteristics of printed products are not defects. These include slight color differences between your screen and the printed item. They are described on the product page and in our Refund + Returns Policy.
9. Reviews and discount codes
Reviews must be honest and about the product you bought. After delivery we may email you once to ask for a review. When you submit a review through that email, we send you a one-time discount code, whatever rating you give. We publish reviews whether they are positive or negative, and we remove only reviews that are unlawful, offensive, or not about the product.
Discount codes are valid only according to our own published description and eligibility rules. Descriptions of our codes on third-party coupon or deal websites are not published by us and are not honored. Codes must be applied at checkout; they cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed. We may refuse, limit or deactivate any code where its use falls outside its intended eligibility.
10. Our content and other brands
Site content, photos and our original designs belong to us or our licensors. Personal, non-commercial browsing is allowed; copying, scraping or reuse is not. Our products carry our own generic designs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any character, film, show, brand or trademark owner.
11. Copyright and trademark complaints
If you believe something on our site infringes your copyright or trademark, email help@pimpyhome.com. Please include:
- the work or mark concerned;
- where it appears on our site (the page link);
- your contact details;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized.
We will review your notice and remove the material if the notice is valid.
12. Acceptable use
Do not break the law or harm minors. Do not upload malware, scrape, overload or break into the site, send spam, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend access for misuse.
13. Website disclaimer
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. This section is about the website only. It does not limit section 8 or your rights in the goods you buy.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnity
You will cover our reasonable costs of third-party claims caused by your misuse of the site.
16. Disputes
Talk to us first. Most problems are fixed in one email to help@pimpyhome.com. Before starting any claim, please give us 30 days to resolve it.
Wyoming law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming, have jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court where you live.
If you are a consumer outside the US, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, for example EU consumer law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Australian Consumer Law or the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act. You may also bring claims in your local courts where that law allows.
17. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or outages. We will still tell you about delays.
18. Accessibility
We want our site to be easy for everyone to use. If anything on the site is hard to use, email help@pimpyhome.com and we will help you order.
19. General
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a right, that doesn't waive it. We may transfer these Terms as part of a sale of the business.
